i loved the clean spacious apartment we had plenty of room to relax the location was great with easy access to everything i wanted to see the on-site parking was a huge plus making travel so easy the staff were very helpful friendly and made my stay even better
i had to pay a 100 euro cash deposit at check-in this was a bit of an inconvenience because i wasn't expecting it

The staff helped me with parking in the building garage, also they escorted me to it. They opened the garage on entry and exit. That was very kind of them. The location is great for walking around, also handy shops are nearby to get your own food. Plenty of restaurants are an easy walk away.
I was required to pay a €100 cash damage deposit. I received it back at check out.

the kitchen was well equipped. it had new appliances. the location is excellent for getting around. the garden and pool area were lovely. i stayed for four nights.
i was told to pay a 100 euro cash deposit at check-in. breakfast was not included. this place is pricey considering the quality of the hotel and its condition.

the studio garden view terrace featured a well-equipped kitchen. it had everything needed for preparing meals (i made a lovely breakfast). the bed was super comfortable and ensured restful nights. the round-the-clock security provided great peace of mind (a very important thing for me).
the ice tray in the freezer was empty upon arrival.

The location was good. The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating to all requests.
I found it inconvenient they required a €100 cash deposit. Most places don't do this now and it seemed like a step back in time. It also tied up funds I could have used elsewhere during my trip.

the location was special, near the rossio metro and wonderful restaurants (i found a lovely little café just around the corner). i also appreciated that aldi was only a short walk away, perfect for grabbing fresh bread each morning. the garden and pool area reminded me of a cozy oasis, ideal. having 24-hour reception and very helpful staff.
i found the noise from the street a little disruptive since my room was facing it, and the windows did not block the sound as much as i hoped.

Thick, soft towels were provided. there was daily rubbish removal and the bed was made daily.

I loved the apartment. It had all the facilities i needed. the location couldn't have been better, and the garage was easy to access. the staff was very friendly, and i enjoyed the lovely garden and pool (it felt very secure).
